DECIDE: Power to Control Diabetes
Developed by Dr. Felicia Hill-Briggs, the DECIDE program is a literacy-adapted, intensive, diabetes and cardiovascular disease (CVD) education and problem-solving training program to lower blood sugar and blood pressure, while improving individuals’ knowledge and skills to better manage their diabetes.
The Brancati Center's DECIDE program is for people with type 2 diabetes who want to learn how to better manage their diabetes. We are offering DECIDE free of charge.
Who is eligible for DECIDE?
Adults with type 2 diabetes and
Hemoglobin A1c greater than 7.0%
